II. Content:
A. Topic: Properties of a well-written text
B. Reference: Curriculum Guide page 2, Reading & Writing skills by Luzviminda D. Sandagan
C. Materials: TV, Powerpoint presentation, laptop

III. Procedures
A. Motivation
The teacher asks the students what is a well-written text.

B. Lesson Proper

C. Activity
In this activity, the teacher will be presenting an example from a text. The student
will try to determine what property of a well-written text is present/used in it.
(the questions will be presented in the tv)

D. Analysis
 How did you determine the properties of well-written text?
 How can we organize the details of a paragraph?

E. Abstraction
The teacher will collate and discuss the answers of the learners.

F. Application
Arrange in chronological order in which they happened.
This morning was crazy. My alarm clock was set for PM instead of AM, so I
woke up really late. I just threw on some clothes and ran out of the door. I rode my
bike as fast as I could and thought that I was going to be late for sure, but when I got
there everyone was outside and there were firetrucks all lined up in front of school. I
guess somebody pulled the fire alarm before class started. It worked out though
because nobody really noticed or minded that I was tardy.
