AFFIDAVIT OF NOTICE TO ADJOINING LOT OWNERS

I, Myrene Biyok Ono, of legal age, Filipino, married to Akio

Ono and resident of #4 Run Apartment, Canday-ong Road,
Barangay Calindagan, Dumaguete City, after being duly sworn to
in accordance with law, witnesseth and declare:

1. That I am the owner of a parcel of land situated in

Brgy. Motong, Dumaguete City and covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 34199 containing a total area of Three
Hundred (300) SQUARE METERS, more or less;

2. That I sold the above-mentioned parcel of land to

Henry P. Lopez, Berna Lou L. Esmeralda, and Bernardino P.
Lopez III by virtue of a Deed of Absolute Sale executed on
January 29, 2019 at Dumaguete City;

3. That prior to the sale of said lot, the adjoining lot

owners were notified of the sale of the said lot by me in
compliance with Arts. 1621 and 1623 of the New Civil Code of
the Philippines but nobody exercise the right;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth

of the foregoing facts and to comply with the requirements at
Register of Deeds of Dumaguete.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
