Through this learning/leadership experience …(Summarize impressions, recall/list supporting information, analyze learning, next steps).

I feel that this year I was able to continue to increase my knowledge and proficiency in planning, scheduling, and
running IEP meetings. I feel that my confidence is slowing getting better when it comes to re-evaluation meetings. This
year was a challenging year with the amount of behavior students in my class and inconsistency with having multiple
EA’s. I tried my best with what I had and used various different strategies to de-escalade meltdowns and deal with
various different behaviors. I feel that I was able to meet my target goal. Next year I hope to continue to improve on
furthering my knowledge and gain more confidence with the various different ways re-evaluations can be conducted and
become more fluid in the way I go over each category in my meetings.
