Tea becomes an important part of our life, there
is just a few persons who are not addicted to it.
Our plan is to make a shortcut for this necessity.
We’ll make an instant tea 3 in 1. It would have
a good taste. It would have different flavors for
customers according to their choice and mood .

Type of business:
Our plan is to start a manufacturing business . We’ll make an
instant tea mix in sachets. It is the perfect thing to have so you
can enjoy the hearty flavor that is “made & mind. Available in
packs of 8 sachets and the Value Pack of 16 sachets.

Reasoning of setting up:


Being an entrepreneur means that I get to work on things that
really light me up inside. By starting your own business, there are
always new challenges to face and you never stop learning. You
have complete control over not only your employee and vendors
but most importantly clients

Objectives:
Major objective of any entrepreneur to start a business is to be a successful
person in the future, in order to be successful in reaching a goal, we need to have a
clear picture of what we want to achieve. Our objective is to enter an innovative
product to market. Market research is an important objective for our business
because its findings allow us to determine how our company plans to enter the market
and develop customer base. We want to see our company at international level.

We’ve made our product by keeping in
mind our customer’s need and taste. We try our
best to fulfill everyone’s need and demand.

choice and needs are different, we’ll introduce

Background and history:


Historical notes and facts about tea indicate this ever -popular
beverage originated in China some 5,000 years ago. It was discovered
in 2737 BC by Chinese Emperor Shen-Nun, who was considered a
divine healer, when some tea leaves accidentally blew into a pot of
boiling water. Yet it took nearly 100 years for tea to reach other parts
of the globe. Dutch traders were the first to bring tea to the West in the
early 1600s where it later became a com monly accepted staple of trade.
The facts about tea reveal that all types of tea originate from the same
evergreen shrub: The Camellia Sinensis. There are more than three
thousand varieties of this tea bush that are grown in mount ainous
areas around the world. Whether you sip black, green, oolong or white
tea depends on what happens after the flush, when the top two leaves
and bud are harvested, processed and shipped.
Types of tea are Black, oolong, green & white tea.

We want to see our business at international level
in near future. We see our company progressing
day by day.
As we are pioneer to launch this product in
Pakistan, we expect positive feedback from
customer side, so we have no competitor in market

described before that we have made instant tea 3 in 1.

We’ll launch our business in Gujranwala city.

As we know that every one of us is addicted to tea. Whoever he is, job
holder, student or labor, teenager, youngster or old people
We targeted people of Gujranwala as we launch our business in
Gujranwala city. Mood & mind targets all people lives in Gujranwala
and will gradually expand its target market.

There are sachets containing 20g of instant tea mix powder and
mega packet of two kinds, one contains contains tea mix powder for 10
cups and other has for 20 cups.
These packets have a steel layer inside to prevent powder from
outside environment and reactants.

Strength:
Our product is easy to use in a busy routine and in travelling time as it
is made in a few seconds.
As we have no competitor and it is an innovative idea so it will
definitely attractive to public.
It is effective for all busy people who don’t ha ve time to get 10
minutes for making tea. Mood & Mind is an idea to make tea in 10
seconds. Just had hot water and pick it up.

Weakness:
As we launched our business in Gujranwala city only so our weakness
is our limited market.
Opportunity:
Our product’s opportunity is that when we’ll get positive feedback from
people of Gujranwala then we’ll expand our product’s market
throughout Pakistan, and our final goal is to introduce our product at
international level.

Threats:
It can take a company up to 67 days to fill a highly-skilled position. Tea
is a big business, three billion cups of it is consumed everyday but
recently a new report shows that tea growers faced multiple threats
from climate change to increasing competition for land in tea-growing
countries. We thought to be threatened from house milk tea.
