D. Commissioning of Hydraulic Power Supply

Please note! Procedure for commissioning HPS is divided into 2 sections, one section
covering configuration with engine driven pumps and one section covering
configuration with El-driven Pumps.

Procedure for Engine Driven Pumps.

Preconditions and initial state.

Standby request, engine stopped, HPS mode = manual and standby-pumps stopped.

Check of Accumulators on HCU.

Close valve 420 - High pressure inlet. The pressure in HCU are released (oil are drained from

Connect pressure test tool or digital instrument to Check pressure according below diagram. Pressure

3 Close valve 421 and open valve 420. HCU is ready to be filled with oil.
