SO – The Expatriate might able to see how sufficient they pay the radiologist in the USA; that

might open an opportunity to refer radiologists in the country and the problem of shortage of

radiologist might be solved.

Pros: The USA won’t have a hard time to find a radiologist anymore

Con: The USA will be paying higher rate for the radiologist in their country because at outsourcing

they only pay a low rate.

4
WO- Even though the USA is experiencing shortage of radiologist they pay high for them. The

Expatriate will see that and they will refer it to the company they work with and the shortage for

radiologist might be solved.

Pros: USA’s shortage for radiologist might be solved.

Con: The Expatriate’s opinion might not be heard so the problem for shortage might be left

unsolved

ST- Even though the USA is paying radiologist higher, they also have a high rate for giving

services that need radiologists or specialists, so people are going outside the country which has

lower rate and yet effective. USA might consider giving the cure at lower rate, but with the

shortage of radiologists and specialist they might not able to do that.

WT- USA doesn’t have radiologists, but they outsource from the other country and pay at the

lower rate. Even though they pay the radiologist at the lower rate they have a high rate for their

services so people prefer to go to other country that has lower rate for their services, and make the

other country earn profit for that.
