The advantages of the Kerakoll® laying system

Safety
All the products in the system are fully compatible with each other. The membrane
is single component to regulate the fluidity of the mix.

Easy to use
The products can be applied by anybody, without the need for special training or
dedicated machines and equipment.
The membrane can be applied on existing balconies and terraces and even on
screeds with residual humidity (< 4% CM).

Certified
The waterproofing membrane has been tested under EN 14891, in combination
with adhesives from the H40® range, and is suitable for all types of balcony and
terrace.

Savings
The certainty with which new balconies and terraces are waterproofed using
the Kerakoll® system prevents damage and avoids the need for repairs and a
new application of waterproofing.

GreenBuilding
The products in the Kerakoll® waterproofing system respect the environment,
the health of application professionals and of people in general. Products
contain natural minerals, recycled minerals and they can be recycled as an inert
material at the end of their life. They produce very low VOC emissions.
