Abstract- The National Dairy Development Board-initiated services. Milk trading involves reception, testing, local and sample

rapidly in India. The two main reasons for this increase are the keeping. Input services include animal health coverage, breeding,
efficient collection of milk and higher profit for the producers, both supply of cattle feed, fodder development, clean milk production

II. LITERATUR SURVEY

The research literature on Dairy Management system
has exponentially grown in recent years. In a domain where
new concepts and technique are constantly introduced, it is
therefore, of interest to analyze the recent trends of this
literature which is only partially included in the research
papers published. Therefore, we have chosen to primarily
analyze the literature of the last two years(2015 and 2016), on
the basis of a classification according to five categories:
• Collection of milk at local dairies at villages,
• Optimization in system,
• Auto filling of values related to the quality, quantity, etc,
• Hardware for auto filling

In the existing system all the works are done manually.

time consuming and also requires much efforts of the human at the local dairies/societies. For this we have used html,
resources. And all the records in the local dairies are on the paper php,css as front end and database MySql as back end.

This application is designed to replace the existing system

so as to increase the efficiency of a milk union as well as the
farmers and the local dairies. All the information about the local
dairies/societies are saved to the database of milk union and all
details of daily uploaded milk to the local dairies is immediately
send to the milk union and details of milk uploaded by farmer is
send to respective farmers.

IV. PROPOSED SYSTEM

Here our project aims to manage the data of milk union
and the local dairies/societies. Auto filling the values and giving
daily updates of the uploaded milk of cow or buffalo by the
farmers on their mobile phones and sending the information of
