User Manual/Guide of OLGA Online Enrollment System

Overview

OLGA Online Enrollment System is made for the students who want to enroll in the school. The OLGA Online Enrollment
System has its lots of featured that were given for the students, there are viewing schedules, billings and enrollment
form to be fill up by the students. This system is to give easy enrollment for the students who want to enroll.

Steps/Guides for Admin:

1. Open any type of Web Browser and type in the address bar the URL: “ISPSCTAGUDIN.INFO/OLGA“.
2. After you open the URL: ISPSCTAGUDIN.INFO/OLGA, this is the website if you successfully opened it.
3. If the ADMIN want to log in to the system, just click the “LOG IN AS” Button at the upper right corner and under
that click the “ADMIN” Button.
4. If the Admin successfully enter his/her account, he/she will direct Admin Panel/Side:
5. Admin Panel/Side:
5.1. Dashboard Page-> where you can see the main reports like:
5.1.1. Number of Student -> here you can see the TOTAL COUNT OF THE STUDENT who are enrolled in
current school year; If you try to click it, you can see the Section List and beside it the number of
students that are enrolled per section; If you try to click each sections you can see the name of students
that are enrolled and export them as Excel.
5.1.2. Number of Teachers -> here you can see the TOTAL COUNT OF THE TEACHERS who is actively
teaching; if you try to click it, you will direct to the Teacher Page.
5.1.3. Collection of Payments -> if you click it, you will see the following:
5.1.3.1. Number of Students who is Fully Paid -> here you can see the TOTAL COUNT OF THE
STUDENT who are Fully Paid in current school year; if you click it, you will see the list of students
including their payments.
5.1.3.2. Number of Students who is Not Fully Paid -> here you can see the TOTAL COUNT OF
THE STUDENT who are Not Fully Paid in current school year; if you click it, you will see the list of
students including their payments.
5.1.3.3. Collection of Payments -> here you can see the TOTAL AMOUNT OF COLLECTION in
current school year; if you click it, you will see the Collection of Payments by Months and beside
it, the amount of collection.
5.1.4. Announcement -> here if you click it, you will direct to the Announcement Page.

5.2. Student Page -> where you can see the all names of student who are enrolled in current school year and by
clicking each names you will the complete information of the student and it is also printable. You can also add ID
Number for the accounts of the student, edit the information and delete the student from the list.

5.3. Teacher Page -> where you can see the all names of teacher who is actively teaching; you can also add
teacher, edit the information and delete the teacher from the list.

5.4. Yearlevel - Section Page -> where you can see the all Yearlevel – Section current school year; you can also
add Yearlevel - Section, edit the name and delete Yearlevel - Section from the list.

5.5. Class Schedule Page -> where you can see the all Class Schedule in current school year; you can also add
Class Schedule, edit the information each and delete Class Schedule from the list.
5.6. Scholar Page -> where you can see the all Scholar created available in current school year; you can also add
Scholar with the Amount of Scholar Subsidy, edit the amount of subsidy and delete Scholar from the list.

5.7. Tuition Fees Page -> where you can see the Yearlevel – Section including the amount of tuition fees and
total count of the student per section in current school year; you can also add tuition fees based from Yearlevel
– Section page created, edit the amount of tuition fee and delete Yearlevel – Section with amount from the list.
* If you click it each Yearlevel – Section, you will see the student list with their information and you can
take action like edit their tuition discount.

5.8. Payment Page -> where you can see the list of student including their Amount of Tuition Fee, Last SY
Balance, Grand Total Balance, Total Downpayments, and Balance in current school year; if the student is not
fully paid yet it will appear “TAKE FEES” button, and if the student is fully paid it will appear FULLY PAID.
* If you click it each student, you will see the Official Receipt Number, Down payments, Date of
Payment, his/her Total Tuition Fee, Scholar Subsidy, Total Amount Paid, and Remaining Balance.

5.9. Announcement Page -> where you can see the announcement that it will show/posted to the Student
Panel; you can also add Announcement, edit the information and status.

5.10. Schoolyear Page -> where you can see the schoolyear and semester including their status if it is Active; you
can also add schoolyear, set schoolyear and semester as an Active.

6. Admin User:
6.1. Change Password -> where you can change the password of Admin.

Steps/Guides for Student:

1. Open any type of Web Browser and type in the address bar the URL: “ISPSCTAGUDIN.INFO/OLGA“.
2. After you open the URL: ISPSCTAGUDIN.INFO/OLGA, this is the website if you successfully opened it.
3. If the STUDENT want to log in to the system, just click the “LOG IN AS” Button at the upper right corner and
under that click the “STUDENT” Button.
4. If the Student successfully enter his/her account, he/she will direct Student Panel/Side:
5. Student Panel/Side:
5.1. Announcement Page -> where you can see the currently active announcement posted by Admin.
5.2. Schedule Page -> where you can see the Section name and his/her schedules.
5.3. Payments Page -> where you can see his/her Tuition Fee, Scholar Subsidy, Tuition Discount, Last SY Balance,
Overall Grand Balance, Total Current Annual Dues, Official Receipt Number, Date of Transaction, Remaining
Balance, and status if Fully Paid or Not Fully Paid.
6. Student User:
6.1. Manage Profile Page -> where you can fill up all information required for ESC Scholar and upon enrolling.
6.2. Change Password -> where you can change the password of Student.
