Consultant Dr Loocke.

Dr was very helpful & took the time to explain to Miriam about her symptoms.

Dr says the apiprazs she is taking

The one for the day is the mildest on the market & MJ is on less than the recommended dose. MJ. has
been taking half to a forth of prescribed dose & optimally the guidelines recommend that she take the
tablets for about a year and if no symptoms arise can consider stopping for a time.

MJ prefers the night one but Dr not keen for her to use long term as it is a benzodiazepine which can
induce dependancy & withdrawal symptoms are similar to the cold turkey symptoms like people on long
term drugs

MJ has a tendency to focus on what she wants to hear & will give a good argument to her view including
to stop the day tabs.

We need to discuss in more detail.

Other positive is this specialist team has advisors who can support MJ with employment, housing
benefit advice if she decides to move to Croydon and her career aspirations.
