nking of your equipment and technology choices.
Note Example: Alt #1 supports both modes and you can upgrade from one
to another, Alternative #2 support both but different devices required. Alt #3
supports USB only.
Note Example: Alt #1 content can be anywhere. Alt #2 provides only one
solution for content storage and there is a monthly cost, Alt #3 requires us to
arrange our own content storage and backup on site
Note Example: We can integrate Alt #2 into our CRM system at minimal
costs when we need it, Alt #1 can integrate but there will be a significant
costs (unknown), Alt #3 is a proprietary system and we will not be able to
integrate it to our CRM.
Note Example: We got a demo on Alt. #1 and it was really easy to use -
this will be simple to use for our staff and provide good ROI right away. Alt
#2 - vendor was not able to arrange a demo, documentation seemed
complex. Alt #3 - some of the UI was easy but when we had slight content
differences from one location to another it got very cumbersome.
Note Example: We arrange another demo with our content manager and he
supported the first assessment. Alternative #3 was rated more poorly.
Note Example: Alt. #1 - feel confident we can identify problems before our
customers see them. I feel we can guarantee a level a certain level of
service. Alt. #2 had no tools - there was a red or green light on the device
but not sure how this will help us? Alt. #2 generated an email when a
problem occurred but by then it was likely too late. There was no way to tell if
content was playing with Alt #2.
