Recycling

Presented by:

Introduction
Recycling is turing waste material into other new materials. Recycling eliminates the
waste of useful materials. Recycling reduces water pollution and air pollution.

Ways to recycle:

● Reusing different materials instead of throwing it away.

● Using recycling bins instead of all waste going into the same bin.
● Buy recyclable materials

Recycling
Recycling is very important as waste has a huge negative effect on the natural
environment.

❏ Recycling helps to reduce the pollution caused by waste.

❏ Recycling reduces the need for raw material so that the rainforest can be
preserved.
❏ Huge amounts of energy are used when making products from raw
materials.
❏ Recycling requires much less energy and therefore helps to preserve the
natural resources.

Conclusion
Recycling is important because otherwise there will be trash in the streets and
landfills which is no good for the environment because it can release harmful
chemicals and greenhouse gases which will lead into pollution. Recycling also
conserves raw materials because you reduce the need to extract, refine and process
fresh resources from the earth. So please consider recycling before you throw away
your trash.
