I- RATIONALE

Pursuant to DepEd Order no. 36 s. 2002 referred to as Education for All (EFA) movement is a global commitment
to provide quality basic education for all children, youth and adults at the World Education Forum. It primarily promote
learning and life skills for young people and adults specifically Barucboc National High School designed, develop and
shall implement the School Improvement Plan for C.Y. 2016-2019. It primarily aims to increase academic performance of
students.
