BDM time slot configuration

BDM support fixation time slot Drop&Insert
BDM board can support time slot quantity:1,2,4,8,15,23,30
The interface of BDM is E1, so there are 32 time slot in the E1, the distribution of time slot is
as below table.

BDM use jumper short the FPGA pin to configure the time slot distribution
The pin arrangement define 1—8 as below
