Deportation

The Official Website of the Department of Homeland Security says, “In

FY2017, ICE ERO conducted 143,470 overall administrative arrests”.The U.S. Immigration and

Customs Enforcement (ICE) is a law enforcement agency of the federal government of the

United States tasked to enforce the immigration laws of the United States and to investigate the

criminal and terrorist activity of foreign nationals residing in the United States. The causes make

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement deportation the immigration they break the law,

rules or crimes, ICE wants to save the U.S. of danger. “This report presents and analyzes ICE

ERO’s FY2017 year-end statistics and illustrates how ICE ERO successfully fulfilled its mission

in furthering the policies set forth in the EO and implementation memorandum” (“The fiscal

Year 2017 ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Report”). ICE arrests persons who are

criminals against ICE and return them or send them to their original home. The case of expulsion

of immigrants is often caused by the expulsion of a person to the United States, he must be sent

to his country and he can not return to the United States after the announcement of his expulsion.

There are laws that do not break through so as not to be expelled from the United States. There

are solutions to prevent the ICE from expelling immigrants from the United States of America.

They deportation immigrants people with reason if they did crimes the ICE jails

criminals. “On January 25, 2017, President Donald J. Trump issued Executive Order 13,768,

Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States”. (“The fiscal Year 2017 ICE

Enforcement and Removal Operations Report”). President Donald J. Trump, he claims to have

arrested the migrants who committed the crime and expelled them from the United States to the

United States

There are many things caused the deportation of immigrants, The immigrant

must avoid it in order not to be expelled from the United States. The President Donald J. Trump

he decided to deport the migrants who committed Any crimes or “charges relating to any

criminal offense, fraud or deliberate alteration in respect of an official matter before a

government agency or abuse of any program relating to the receipt of public benefits”.(“Fiscal

Year 2017 ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Report.” ). If the immigrant is charged

with any of the above, he is deported from the United States. The best is not to break any law so

as not to give the ICE the reason for your expulsion.

The way the U.S. deportation rules work now is not fair to people living in

the country as immigrants. The government grants time to any migrant person before being

expelled. “ It can be served by an immigration officer or delivered through the mail. Individuals

are given at least 10 days’ notice before appearing in court.”.(“ Sara Wise, George Petras, USA

TODAY”). They Notice that the immigrant must return to his country and they are alerted before

being deported at a time. When a person is suspected of being an illegal immigrant they arrest

him. “Individuals suspected of entering the U.S. illegally can be arrested by local or federal law

enforcement before being transferred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody.”

(“ Sara Wise, George Petras, USA TODAY”). The ICE or government do not give opportunity

to people who complain that they are illegal immigrants or even give them the opportunity to

know why the illegal migration may be the causes of wars seeking peace in a country other than

their country that other war and make them insecure to live in it or work for the help of their

family to live.

There are solutions that will help you escape from being or deported or expelled

from the United States. “Legal requirements for relief are strict and can be difficult to meet.

Asylum for fear of war or persecution if returned to the country of origin. Removal of removal

where the individual claims a long history in the United States with or without permission or as a

permanent resident. Marriage to an American citizen or other relative petition.”. “ Sara Wise,

George Petras, USA TODAY”. The solutions mentioned are an assistant or like a second chance

for an immigrant not to expel him from the United States so that he and his family will not be

affected by anything.

If a person is not detained, the immigration judge may either make decisions on

the due day or hear the judgment by mail. If the decision is sent by mail an individual can live

with his family until the written decision is received and the decisions can be challenged. “

Board of Immigration decisions may be appealed to the federal circuit courts of appeals and, in

some cases, to the Supreme Court.”. “ Sara Wise, George Petras, USA TODAY”. Such petitions

can take a long time and people can remain in prison during the appeals process, even those

eligible for the bonds. This time of hearing before the immigration judge presents people with

arguments to stay in the United States. The hearings can be followed by hours or days, and the

government is represented by an ICE lawyer. People may be their own lawyers.

Deportation affects the people who get deportation and them, children,

too. “Millions of U.S. citizen children have undocumented parents and family members”. “U.S.

Citizen Children Impacted by Immigration Enforcement”. Relaying illegitimate parents from the

United States affects their children and may negatively affect a child's health and development.

Children are at risk of economic instability after deportation their parents. They may end up

taking care of children ( child care center). Before thinking about deporting someone, the

government should think about the children whose parents will be expelled and what will happen
Almontaser 5

to them after the departure and the parents will suffer too.

Immigrants accused of being illegal immigrants must defend themselves so as

not to be expelled from the United States, which affects them. “If you feel that your civil rights

have been violated in the immigration, detention, or removal proceedings process, you can file a

complaint with the Department of Homeland Security.”. (“Deportation”). Any immigrant who

has been accused of the right to live in the United States if he did not do anything and was

wronged and did not criminalize the right of the law because no one can prevent anyone from

claiming the right or to stop remove the injustice. “If you are an undocumented immigrant facing

removal proceedings, you may be able to go through the adjustment of status process to get a

green card and become a lawful permanent resident.”. (“Deportation”). There are many

solutions to prevent your deportation or expulsion from the United States of America and make

you an illegal immigrant to a legal immigrant and live in the United States of America without

being subjected to any sittings with a long judge in the court.
