Plate Bevelers
The Bevel-Mill plate
bevelers produce fast, clean
bevels for weld preparation.
The machines use a milling
type cutter with inexpensive
standard carbide inserts.
Depth of cut adjustable up
to 13⁄16 in. Variable angle from
15 to 45 deg. Lightweight
and portable with new added
power. Several models to
choose from including floor
models and bench models
for ultra precision bevels.
Purge in 2 Minutes!
InterPurge pipe purging
equipment guarantees quick
2–3 minute purge times of any
size pipe to levels below 50 ppm
(parts per million rest oxygen).
3 kits as well as individual units
are available for most pipe and
tubing applications from ½ to
72 in. +. In stock and available
online.

Testing Ferrite in
Pipeline Welds
In the oil and gas industry, it is common practice to use
underwater pipelines to transport liquids or gases from
drilling rigs, often under risky conditions. This requires
the use of cutting edge metal alloys with excellent material
properties, such as strength, corrosion-resistance and
resistance to stress corrosion cracking in environments
containing chloride. However, the maintenance costs
for these metal alloys must also remain relatively low.
Two major alloy groups cover all of these requirements:
austenitic steels and duplex stainless steels. Although Fig 1 — FERITSCOPE® FMP30.

Gradient Lens
Corporation
Hawkeye Borescopes can quickly identify the quality and
integrity of any weld, even inside long tubes or complex parts used
in automotive and aviation fuel systems, medical devices and
pharmaceutical and food processing. The Hawkeye Pro SuperSlim
borescopes, for example, are only .098” in diameter allowing clear,
reliable inspection, even inside microscopic holes in spray tips, fuel
injector nozzles, and much more.
Gradient Lens Corporation’s patented optical designs are built
into our exclusive line of Hawkeye Borescopes. These innovative
optical designs allow Hawkeyes to deliver excellent image quality at
prices one-third that of comparable visual inspection instruments.
“The Hawkeye V-Series are fully-portable, articulating, video
borescopes. Both the V-Series and Luxxor systems allow borescopic
inspections to be displayed on portable monitors, and desktop and
laptop computers. Those images can then be annotated,
documented and archived. The Luxxor Video System contains all the
necessary components for complete benchtop borescopic video
inspection.
We carry over 80 models of rigid, flexible, and video borescopes
and have designed and manufactured Hawkeye Borescopes for over
20 years.”
STOP STOPPAGE —
STEP UP SAFETY
Industry has long been aware of the dangers of unguarded
rotating assemblies yet has allowed thousands of them to oper-
ate on plant floors posing risks to employees, equipment, and
work in progress. Caster Master now offers the solution to the
common everyday issues caused by wheels rolling or, more accu-
rately, stopping suddenly on facility floors with their patented FEET

CORDS / HOSES
From welders to lab equipment, many appliances require cords
and/or hoses to perform their intended operation. Without
wheel guarding, it takes painstaking time to manage these lines
