OPERATIONAL

HARDWARE SALES
We earn monies through hardware sales. Our current margin is at
30% of hardware cost, which will increase to 35% by end of second
half, 2018. We will achieve this by optimising logistics and supply
chain.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION (SAAS)


We collect a subscription fee from shops between 500-1,000
rupees based on the number of terminals employed.

PROCUREMENT APP
Nukkad Shops is partnering with retail distributors to help grocers
with stock replenishments. Nukkad Shops will charge commission
on top-line. We signed our first deal with Walmart .
REVENUE STREAM - THIRD PARTY 10

INTEGRATIONS
PAYMENTS
• UPI: We plan to integrate UPI with Nukkad Shops POS. We have
completed agreement with Standard Chartered Bank and ICICI Bank.

• Integrating with Payment Acquirers: We have completed integration with


few players - Ezetap, mSwipe, and Paynear.

WORKING CAPITAL LENDING:


We will tie up with NBFC’s to offer short term working capital loans. We are in
talks with Multiple NBFC’s.

THIRD PARTY APPS:


Nukkad Shops will allow third-party apps on our platform and receive a share
of all transactions done by the same. We are working with ClearTax and
Playwin.
