I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
1. Define cocktail and mocktail as beverage;
2. Identify difference between cocktail and mocktail;
3. Demonstrate actual cocktail and mocktail mixing.

A. Preparatory Activities:
1. Opening Prayer, Greetings, Checking of Attendance, and etc.
3. Motivation:
Striking question that will able them to share their experience eating in
Fine Dining restaurant.
C. Closing the Activity: Students will create their own cocktail and mocktail
concoction trough provided ingredients.
5. Valuing:
Value the essence of good and irresistible type of cocktail and mocktail
that will complement guess / costumer choice of foods.

Identify different types of food service that will compliment the service of cocktail and
mocktail concoction.
