About the Author

Mr. Sachit Jain is a gold medalist from IIMA, Ahmedabad in 1989.He started his management career with
Hindustan Lever in 1989. In 1990 he join Vardhman Group as Executive Director. This is his first book
and it is based on his unique style of Leadership & strategies for performance improvement.

Ajanta to be known as world class company. He
