Re: Recommendation for Jayant Parimi

It is with enthusiasm and honor that I recommend Jayant Parimi for admission to your University. He is an outstanding student and
young man in so many ways with major strengths in honesty and integrity. As his Healthcare Science teacher, Medical Science
Academy mentor and Advisor of both HOSA and National Technical Honor Society, I have seen many examples of Jayant’s talent and
have been long impressed with his diligence, leadership and work ethic. I have found him to be both a strong student academically
and a lead role model for his peers where he exhibits a curiosity to explore and achieve objectives that he sets for both himself and
a group at large.

Jay has been an active and integral part of Lambert High School and the community where all those that are working alongside him
take notice of his unequivocal fairness and sincerity. In all roles that Jayant takes on, he upholds the utmost loyalty and tenacity as
evidenced by his current status of completing his BSA Eagle Scout and leadership training. He has been a key player and moving
force with the current success of Lambert High School HOSA which has evolved to be recognized as the world’s largest and diverse
chapter due to Jay’s effort, abilities and ambitions. Jay currently holds the position of LHS HOSA President with a membership over
600 active students. There is not a day that goes by where Jay does not demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and commitment
to multiple community, state, national service projects and LHS HOSA members. What strikes me most about Jay is his keen ability
to lead and facilitate others through his communication style which is clear, direct, and inviting to the active listener of all abilities.
Jay has the innate ability to sense what needs to be done and gets it done. His bedside manner as a healthcare provider is excellent
as observed in both his honors mentorship and clinical internship where he has earned to date 150 hours and counting at both
Northside Hospital Forsyth in three different units and Heart and Vascular Care. He possesses both verbal and non-verbal skills that
have led to his success. Jay is determined to persevere and not allow anything to get in his way toward obtaining his academic and
extracurricular goals, that being said he is gentle, respectful and uses a kind manner to achieve these goals. Jay puts others first
and possesses patience, empathy and concern as witnessed by his countless community service through HOSA, American Red Cross,
National Alliance on Mental Illness, National Pediatric Cancer Foundation and Grady Memorial Hospital Volunteen. Furthermore,
Jayant is an active member in several National Honor Societies where he blends his educational and community service to serve the
greater good. Jayant has enrolled in high school with advanced placement, accelerated, and honors course work and continues to
master the content successfully by adjusting and managing his educational requirements. I definitely foresee this young man to be
able to attain his academic goals due to his effort, attention to detail, and ambitions.

Jayant is an exceptional student who takes pleasure in learning for learning sake and absorbs whatever he can from a class or
experience and often goes the extra mile to learn more about a topic that interests him, in particular his extraordinary interests in
healthcare. Examples include his participation in a Clinical Lab internship experience at our community hospital. Additionally,
Jayant participates in a yearlong medical internship where the charge unit nurse has expressed “he exemplifies an innovative
thinker and one who turns his thoughts into action.” Jayant’s educational goal is to pursue a career utilizing his gifts and talents to
serve others.

To conclude, I would like to restate my strong recommendation for Jayant Parimi. If you have any further questions regarding
Jayant's ability or this recommendation, please do not hesitate to contact me at 678-965-5050 ext. 412310 or
