Following new legislation regarding maximum weekly working hours and holiday pay, Amdas
Consultancy LTD are required by law to ascertain whether, as a potential employee, you are happy to
work in excess of 48 hours per week.
Holiday Pay
When a member of staff at Amdas Consultancy LTD discusses and agrees hourly pay rates, it will be
understood that all holiday pay will be excluded within that figure. Holiday pay is always added to the
hourly rate.

Notice of termination of this agreement may be given, please inform Amdas Consultancy LTD in writing
7 days prior to termination.
To ensure compliance, please can you read and sign terms and conditions to enable us to provide work-
finding services for you.
If work-seekers are or will be employed by amdas under a contract of service, or a contract for
services, then our standard terms will apply.
Amdas will pay the work-seeker for all work whether paid by the hirer or not.
The length of notice the work-seeker needs to give and is entitled to get for assignments –
generally one week. The rate of pay or minimum rate of pay you reasonably expect to get for the
work-seeker will be dependent on the role accepted. Rates of pay will be discussed prior to the start
of the assignment. Details to be discussed and highlighted on the contract you would receive before
starting a temporary assignment.
How often and when the work-seeker will be paid. The work seeker will be paid on a weekly basis (one
week in arrears).
The amount of holiday pay details (the majority of work-seekers will be entitled to statutory
holiday pay).
If the work-seeker is a limited company (and not opted out of the rules), you must detail when they may be
entitled to and be paid for time off.
If there are any changes to the terms, we will give you a new document with the details of the changes.
By signing, you agree for amdas to source work for you on either a temp, contract or perm business.
