 DEXXUM3 is divided in two

parts- BED & CARRAGE

 Disassemble BED frame

to assemble CARRIAGE
and BED

 To disassemble the
frame, remove 4
bolts(12mm Box wrench).

 Use 12mm Box wrench

 BED & CARRAGE assembling

 Be sure that Neck of Carriage be on the Rail of Bed.

** Attention the Hole

Rail NECK

 For the Carriage direction,
Neck of Carriage should go
on the same direction with 4
holes on the rail.

 **To see those holes through

CARRAGE, it’s dark. It’s
why installation should be
done in light place.

Assembling the Carriage, be sure the position

 When assembling Carriage

and Bed, there are four
connectors
 Sometimes it broken
pressed by BED rail. So
carefully put the carriage
on the rail.

4-HOLE  When the carriage is located on

the Rail, it can be seen 4 holes.

 Those 4 holes should be meet

with holes in the Carriage.

 Fasten those bolts with bolt

wrench(M6X20).

 Inside of carriage is dark, so

choose the place where there is
sufficient light.

 There are two holes in the

front side of Carriage.

 Fasten bolts together with

Carriage supporter.

 Caution:
When fastening bolts
between Bed and
Carriage, fasten bolts
tightly.

bolts.

 As the reverse manner

of disassembling, using
13mm wrench fasten it
tightly.

 Remove fixing bolt what is

to prevent HFG is moving
during transportation.
The fixing bolt is located
under the HFG.

 If operate the Dexxum3

before removing the bolt,
there will sound
abnormally and finally
cause problem in motor.

 The bolt is located under

middle of Carriage,
remove with hexagon
wrench(8mm).
