Coffee Bar

n the coffee area, our coffee beans will be bought from Columbia and roasted in our kitchen, with a section just for
the beans so that it doesn’t mix with the food. Then the counter where the baristas make the beverages the custom-
ers order. We will have water, juices, tea and smoothies also available for those people who don’t like coffee. The
food we will buy from a company who will sell products to us and deliver in food trucks. For the night club, we will
also buy alcohol from a company willing to sell products to us. There will be a section for people to sit and socialize
where waitresses can deliver orders to, and there will also be a large dance floor for people to party. On Fridays and
Saturdays there will either be a Dj or a live entertainment act. During weekdays they will have music playing with
the built-in speakers.
