Strengths

1. Team leader:-

I have a good leadership qualities as I was participated in a various events as a head coordinator,
which helps me in enhancing my leadership qualities by providing appropriate guidance,
instructions and direction to a group of individuals.

2. Competitive spirit:-

A competitive spirit is a nature that propel the men and women to forefront of the industry.
According to this I am a sportsperson as I do my workout daily in gym where I have a
competitive spirit and have a desire to do better in same field as compare to others.

3. Decision-making-

Life is full of decision-making. It is actually the decision making skills that allow you to achieve
peak heights in your life. I make time to take decision, as I point out every minor points of that
problem and after that I conclude a decision after that I never regret with my decision if it fails.

Weakness
1. Online shopping:- I fond of shopping, whenever I visits e-commerce site I purchase
something. Sometime it gets expensive for me but now I am trying to save money and for this I
am minimizing my shopping addiction and focus on what I really needed.
2. Emotional:-I am a type of guy who get easily emotional when seeing something heart touching.
For instance one day I was standing out of a railway station, one child begger came to me and
told me something and I totally refuse her, she than told me that she didn’t want money she just
want something from a shop which is behind to me. I refuse her and move ahead than after trying
to begged with another ten people she met with a police man and asked for same thing that good
guy gave her a 5 rupee she instantly run and purchase a ice cream from that shop,I got too much
emotional with that incident than after I gave her a 20 rupee and told her to use it for a good
purpose.

Hobbies:-
1. Bodybuilding.
2. Socializing with people.

Projects and training

I have completed my training from RICO Aluminum and Ferrous Auto Components Ltd.
There I learnt about manufacturing and casting of various automobiles components. As RICO is
a world class engineering company supplying a wide range of high precision fully machined
aluminum and ferrous components and assemblies to automotive across the globe. RICO
integrated services include design, development, tooling, casting, machining and assembly across
ferrous and aluminum products.

Unique selling proportion

Being a very logical and calm minded person I analyse a problem, number of times before
jumping to any conclusion. As I am not an egoistic person at all I can easily work with my
teammates. As my strengths are of not stepping back at any situation or problem and time
management that makes me a better person to this job. Also, I believe in mutual growth where I
can improve myself while contributing to the growth of the company. There are some values and
ethics which a person should have which are necessary at workplace too such as - honesty, trust,
team spirit, determination which I think I have in me. I am a person who can be trusted fully for
his work. I am quite good at working in a team. As in companies, we have to work in a group of
members it will be very easy for me to work with them.
