Title: MEANINGFUL WORSHIP EXPERIENCE

Text: Heb.10:19-25

Introduction:
 In John 4:23, Jesus defined real worship experience and real
worshippers. He said, true worshippers are recognized by the way
they worship! To worship God is the supreme purpose why we are
here today! Every Sunday our worship should be meaningful to us
and to the ONE WE WORSHIP!
 How do we achieve a meaningful worship experience?

BODY OF THE MESSAGE:

I. COME WITH THE RIGHT MOTIVATION. (V.21-22)

 The Lord Jesus and what He has done on the cross is the sole
motivation of worship!
 Christians should come to church not halfheartedly or with improper
motives or pretense, but with a pure undivided, and sincere worship.

II. COME WITH A DESIRE TO BE A BLESSING! (v.24-25b)

 The word SPUR means to “stimulate strongly” or to “incite to riot.”
The early believers were encouraged to make it a desire to stimulate
others to love and do good deeds to other.
 Christians should come to church with a desire to CAUSE OTHERS TO
LOVE and do good deed. Or a desire to be a blessing to others.

III. COME WITH A FIRM COMMITMENT! (v.25a)

 The early believers had evidently neglect their attendance in regular
worship to avoid persecution. This verse is call for them to recommit
themselves to a regular worship attendance.
  To withdraw from corporate strength is to invite disaster, like a
soldier in a battle who lags behind the rest of his troops – he
becomes an easy target of the enemy!

CONCLUSION:
 Are you the kind of worshipper THAT GOD IS LOOKING FOR?
 Every time we gather in worship make it a desire to EXPERIENCE A
MEANINGFUL WORSHIP!
