3. List 3 strengths of the trait that you possess and explain how they are demonstrated in
your life.
1. Silent: When I’m silent, it allows me to be “seen” as invisible which then allows me to
observe certain from a distance.
2. Eccentric: I do things that others might consider unusual, like certain study habits or ways I
go about tackling certain problems.
3. Trustworthy: Being trustworthy allows me to get things that could help me in different
scenarios.
4. List two challenges of the trait that you possess and explain how they are demonstrated
in your life.
1. Lonely: Although sitting back and observing things has its perks, it also causes loneliness
which makes things in life harder to do or go through.
2. Overconfidence: Even though this is a rare trait for me, it has ruined things like
presentations and “could have been” friendships.
5. Now based on what you have read about your Enneagram type, what is an area of your
personality that you would like to improve?
I hope to improve on the “silent” aspect of my personality. Using it, whether on purpose or not,
actually does help in some situations but it doesn’t really allow me to have that much of a life.
2. I could also start changing how I think, which I believe is a major factor in me being silent.
3. If possible, I could try and change the environment I live in that causes me to be silent.
4. Getting real extreme, I could try and change the way I live my life and the things I do
everyday. I probably won’t be able to focus on that until I’m out of school though.
5. Lastly, I could speak up more in class, at home, or even on social media and try to get a
movement started.
