know the cause or the reason behind it and how we will handle this kind of situation.
The guest speaker started the introduction by asking the attendees on “what is
stress?” And she said according to the internet, “stress is your mind and body response
or reaction to a real or imagined threat, event or change.” She also added that stress
really do exist in the life of a person, that no one can’t feel of being not stress since it
is part of us. Furthermore she discussed about the two kinds of stress, the eustress which

and depression. Stress is a response to daily pressures or a threatening situation while
anxiety is a medical condition in which you always feel frightened and worried and
depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you
feel, the way you think and how you act. But then, how to manage stress? There are
some things that an individual should always remember this includes the following:
know what the cause of your stress, study (read, understand, ask), time management,
staying organized, positive thinking and affirmations, talk and surround yourself with
positive people and take care of yourself. She ended her presentation in stress
management by leaving a quote, “It is not the load that breaks you down, it’s the way
