factors I,II,V,VII, and X.
Routine test for screening
coagulation disorder in the
Activated Partial intrinsic pathway by
Thromboplastin Time measuring factors VIII, IX,
(aPTT) XI, XII, and Prekallikrein
(PK) or Fletcher factor but
not platelets and factor
XIII.
Thrombin Time Used to measure the
availability of functional
fibrinogen.
