T festival celebrating jazz in all its forms, and a few musical


bonuses as well.
Jazz is alive and well in Tauranga, and poised to enter a new growth
phase driven by young performers, new talent, and more planned
events.
The Tauranga Jazz Society has a long history of supporting jazz
education in our community, and we are extremely proud to be
hosting the 41st National Youth Jazz Competition at the 2018
festival.
We are sure everybody will appreciate and enjoy seeing and hearing inspiring secondary school
students, the future of jazz in our community and in New Zealand, perform.
