遥控抓斗操作说明/Operation Manual for Remote Control Grab

 使用前抓斗各铰轴需注满润滑脂。/Grab all rotatory joints should be added with enough grease

 检查钢丝绳、卸扣和长形环是否正确安装，发现松动应及时紧固。如发现变形、损坏、磨损超标等
均需更换。/Check the condition of wire ropes, shackles and master link. If found deformed, damaged, or
wear out, please replace them by new.
 检查电瓶电量是否充足。/Check the battery is full power.
 打开下承梁上的电源开关。/Turn on the power switch of battery inside lower beam.

 将抓斗平衡梁上的长环挂在起重机的吊钩上。/Connect the Master Link with crane hook.

 按下遥控发射器的“POWER”按钮。/Press “POWER” on remote transmitter.

 抓斗离开地面约 2 米后，按下遥控发射器的“OPEN/STOP”按钮，抓斗打开。/Lift up the hook. After

the grab is about 2 meters, press “OPEN/STOP” on remote transmitter, the grab will open.
注意/Notes：
1. 抓斗周边 2m 内不准有人靠近；/ Person is forbidden within 2 meters around grab
2. 为避免抓斗打开时的冲击，点按下遥控发射器的“OPEN/STOP”按钮松手后，约 1-3 秒后抓斗才
会打开；/ In order to avoid serious impact, the grab can start to open in 1-3 seconds after TOUCH press
“OPEN”.
 将抓斗移动到货物上。Lift the opened grab on cargo.
 吊钩继续下降，直至油缸活塞杆完全缩进油缸。Drop down the hook, until the piston rod is retracted
completely.

 吊钩上升，抓斗将随着吊钩的起升慢慢闭合。Lift the hook, the grab will close with the hook lifting.
 将抓斗移动到料斗或者其它设备上方。Lift the full grab to the top of hopper or other equipment that
you will discharge to.

 点按一下遥控发射器的“OPEN/STOP”按钮后松手，约 1-3 秒后，抓斗打开。

Touch press “OPEN/STOP” on remote transmitter, the grab will open after 1-3 seconds.
备注：在抓斗打开的过程中，再次按“OPEN/STOP”，抓斗将停止打开。
Remarks: If you press “OPEN/STOP” again during grab opening, the grab will stop opening.
 再次将抓斗移动到货物上，进行下一次循环。
Lift the opened grab on cargo again, next operating.
 注意：如果遥控发射器 3 分钟内不操作，发射器将自动进入休眠模式，需重新按“POWER”开机。
Notice：If there is no any action on Remote Transmitter, the Remote Transmitter will power
off by itself. You need to press “POWER” to re-start.
