With reference to the subject, we furnish below the list of housing loan accounts wherein we had made
interest subsidy claims with Head Office on various dates but are yet to receive the Interest Subsidy claims.

We submit hereby, the Interest Subsidy Claim on Housing Loans under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yogana and
CERTIFY that,

1. The Housing Loans sanctioned by us under our LAUAH scheme are strictly adhering to eligibility
criteria and as per guidelines of the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas
Yogana.

2. The Housing Loans are eligible for Claim of Subsidy under PMAY.

3. The data submitted has been validated by the branch and is correct.

Points to be noted while submitting the Interest Subsidy Claims to Retail Loan Hub, Mumbai /
Regional Office, Mumbai:

1. Only Microsoft Excel files are to be emailed to Retail Loan Hub, Mumbai with a copy to
Regional Office, Mumbai. (ODS files not accepted at Head Office)

2. File/Data is to be validated before sending (i.e. No ERRORs are reflected in the ErrorList
sheet).

3. On date, we are seeking Certificate for Claims send by the branch from 12/12/2017 to
31/01/2018. Though there is no specific time period specified or informed by Head Office to
Regional Office, Branches are hereby advise to send Interest Subsidy Claims on Housing
Loans under PMAY monthly before 7th of next month. (Accordingly, Consolidated Interest
Claims on Housing Loans for February 2018 are to be mailed before 07th of March 2018 and
so on).
