Sub.: Compulsory attendance for students in Annual Sports Meet on March 27, 2019.

The Institute will be organizing its Annual Athletic meet on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. As per

the provisions of the Information Brochure, the attendance of all the students is

compulsory at the Annual Sports Meet. The students are required to participate in the

March Past in their tracksuits.

The students are required to be at the Athletic Track by 8.30 A.M. sharp and get their

attendance recorded with the respective faculty member as per their time-table of Wednesday.
