Apply sum formula to calculate cell AZ

Apply Max formula to calculate BZ
Apply Min formula to calculate CZ
After calculating the above place the cursor in DZ, click on word formula
tab and take snapshot of this page along with the dialog box opened.
Q7. Create a Table of Contents in the following manner:

1.What is management?
2.Functions of Management
3.Planning
4.Long-term Planning

Q8. Write a 2 paragraphs on “What is a Computer”.

The first line is the title. Separate it from the text. Choose a darker font
in a larger size.
Change the margins to the “Wide” option.
Add automatic spacing between the paragraphs.
Change the indents (the first line of the paragraphs). Reduce the size
second line onwards by one point.
Justify both the paragraphs.

Instructions:
1. Do not take out printouts till the time I tell you to do so, simply keep
this assignment ready in a soft copy with you.
2. Start with writing Question 1 on the first page of your document and
Answer to it in the second page of your document and so on for the rest of
the questions.
3. Snapshots if any, mentioned above are to be saved in a new page of
your same word document.
4. Note for Question 4(Mail-merge):After completing the last step i.e.
”Complete the merge”. Click on Edit Individual letters and zoom your page
in such a way that all 3 letters appear on the screen. Now take a snapshot
of this page.
5. Hint for Question 5: A table has been converted to text.
6. For Question 6:The Snapshot should be taken in such a way that AZ,BZ
and CZ are calculated and are visible in the snapshot, while the dialog
box is opened for DZ.
7. For Question 7: Write 2-3 lines under each of the headings in Table of
Contents.
8. Complete the above 8 questions and keep them ready because a soft copy
may be asked for at any point in time, also when a soft copy is asked it
means you are being marked for it so put in your best efforts.
9. If assignments of two or more individuals appear to be copied I shall strike
off the assignments of both and both shall be marked zero from the marks
allotted for Word.
Therefore be very careful and don’t show your assignment to anyone, but me.
