    SUBJECT : Assessment of Damages wrought by Typhoons “HENRY”,


    “INDAY”, “JOSIE”, “KARDING”, and HABAGAT Particularly
    in DPWH Region I

    In compliance with your Memorandum dated September 5, 2018, the undersigned together
    with the representatives from the Regional and District Engineering Offices concerned,
    conducted assessment/validation on September 9-14, 2018 at District Engineering Offices of
    Region I.

    Attached herewith is the list of validated damaged infrastructures with corresponding


    recommendations and supporting pictures using the prescribed forms.
    For your perusal and further instructions.
