First praise is All to Allah, the Almighty, on whom ultimately we depend for
sustenance and guidance. I am most grateful that I am able to complete this social media
portfolio as one of the requirement in order to accomplish the course assesment for the code
ENT530

Secondly, my sincere appreciation goes to my lecturer Norhaniza Md Akhir , whose


guidance, careful reading and constructive comments was valuable. Her timely and efficient
contribution helped me shape this into its final form and I express my sincerest appreciation
for her assistance in any way that I may have asked. throughout this journey ive have able to
manage to become more organize and mature in dealing with problem that occure during this
course assesment .

Finally, I’m forever indebted to my parent for supporting me to complete this


portfolio by helping me promote my business and always have my back, in terms of financial
and morale support. Moreover, this portfolio has been prepared with the cooperation and
support from many people and I hope this social media business can give a bit brief about
Enterprenurship world and on how to become an entrepreneur in future.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.

Uni driver is known as a company with a transportation service background. The


main idea is to provide a student cab service responding to travel needs of students who are in
a rush and to fufill the demands of the one that doesnt have any transportation

In addition, most of our client is customer can be identify as student and doesnt
have transportation to travel. The most common area that Uni Driver covered are around
seremban 3 area. This is where most student accommodation. In addition, our target is to offer
more cheaper price than other student cab service so that student are able to afford

Across seremban area particulary the Uni Driver business has been seen as an explosion
of growth over the year. Seremban 2 and seremban 3 is an area whereby the student most
demand places for example such as ktm, palm mall and terminal one. While there are many
student cabs like Uni Driver, but we are confident that we offer the most afforable, comfort
and secure student cab service to the students.

Uni driver marketing strategy is to improve the quality of service of the customer. This
will help maintain the relationship between the customer , in some cases, when we have
regular customer or passengers it will generate more profits to the organization .

For the management only consist of me, Nur Aliyah Khairani bt Muhammad as the
main backbone of Uni Driver. I also have created a Facebook page to expand my business
through media social and learn to post on Facebook for business purpose whether teaser
poster, soft sell and hard sell. I was instruct to raise the revenue to at least RM61 and above
and prudently spend my transaction to avoid profit falls.

INTRODUCTION

i. Name of the business:

The name of Uni Driver was obtain from Universiti Drivers, this is because the business main
target was to provide the transportation service to the student of UITM s3

ii. Nature of business :

.Uni Driver provide transportation services in afforable price. Not only that , Uni Driver main
clients are mostly the student in UITM Seremban 3. We aim to provide affordable and
cheapest student cab service in Seremban area.

iii. Address of business :

The main premise is located at 206 Jalan Seremban Tiga 4 Taman Seremban 3, 73000
Seremban Negeri Sembilan. The choosen location is strategy and near to UITM Seremban 3
area

iv. Background of founder :

The founder of Uni Driver is Ms. Nur Aliyah Khairani bt muhammad. She was born in
Butterworth, Pulau Pinang. Her hometown is at Batu pahat , Johor but currently living in
Seremban , Negeri sembilan. She is a fulltime student in Bachelour of Science Administration
at UITM Seremban 3

v. Mission and Vision :

 Uni Driver aim to provide the best excellence in transportation services, adding
further value to our customers and client to become the most affordable student
cab in the area’

vi. Description of service:

Like any business the Uni Driver offers a transportation services to student in UITM S3. In
short, The business is about providing services to fufill the customer and needs . In addition,
the business cover an area near UITM S3 such as area in Rasah and Seremban 3. Moreover,
the normal rate for Uni Driver is only RM10 cover in All area in Seremban which is the
cheapest compared to other transportation like Grab and myCar. Not only that, the founder of
UniDriver is Sole Proprietorship and bumiputera made

CONCLUSION

Throughout this portfolio you can see that my work was a progress from the rough draft to the
polished draft. All of the work I composed onto this file was the journey I went through this
course. Each one of it has a prompt and its own individual purpose for me to seek and complete.
Every material I worked on had its own different skills. For example for creating facebook page
require me to be innovative, flexible and good communication in terms to promote my product
and services to the others.

In the course ENT530 I did face challenges and obstacle due to lack of selection
to pick in which or what product or services should I do at first. However, I managed to
find resolution to my problems .Not to mention, This course helped me face my
weakness in overcome my shyness to confront with people as well it improve my
interpersonal skill and boost my confident to communicate with my client/ customers.
Not only that, my lecturer, Norhaniza Md Akhir made sure we read and follow the
guideline prompt correctly and analyzed it so then i can start brainstorming and then
compose the portfolio

Furthermore, the course ENT530 served its purpose into turning me into how to
become an entreprenur . I will now take all the skills I learned and continue using them

throughout my life and perhaps in the future . I can truly say my entreprenur skills has
made a progress from this project. I will continue embracing my path towards
university in business. Therefore, im so grateful to learned about this course because it
strengthen my interpersonal and entreprenuer skills as well. Also I am thankful to my
lecturer, and my peers because I have learned through them what it means to grow as
an entrepnuer through their knowledge and experience
