Note: 1. Minimum one month time (for regular practice) is required before each level of advanced courses.
2. Courses serial numbered from 1 to 5 above can be done as package, which is given below as
CYHE in the below table.
3. Foundation Courses are held on the 2nd Saturday & Sunday of every month.
4. Kaya Kalpa Yoga courses are conducted on one Sunday (next day of 2nd Saturday) of every
month.

Foundation Course – Rs.2000/- (including lunch / tea etc. for both days)
Certificate Course (CYHE) – Rs.5000/-

Introspection Courses (If one wants to pursue separately) – Rs.1000/- per level.
