Innumerable thanks to “The Almighty Allah”, the merciful and the source of all

knowledge and wisdom. Who bestowed upon me health, thoughts, talented teachers,

opportunities and power of communication and Darud on His Prophet Muhammad

(SAW), who gave me enough courage to complete this task.

Words are few in honor of Chairman, Department of Education, Allama Iqbal Open

University Islamabad, for his support and facilitation on the right time to complete my

research work.

inspiring guidance, ever friendly and loving attitude and immense cooperation at

ABSTRACT

“The principal target of this investigation was to look at teaching strategies

that improves communication skills competencies. In the inquiry, the analyst needed

to discover the recurrence of utilization of the different teaching procedures utilized

by English language instructors. To accomplish this target, information was gathered

utilizing poll which was regulated to English language educators who did not take an

interest in homeroom perception plan.”

“The second research objective was to discover which teaching strategy English

language instructors used to beat the difficulties experienced in improving and

creating language skills. On their part, instructors referenced a few exercises and

teaching systems they did to continue the improvement of the four language skills in

the study hall such exercises would include: (1) bunch work, (2) discourse, (3)

exchange, (4) making a cordial environment, (5) exhibitions, (6) language diversions,

(7) pretend, (8) performance, (9) narrating, (10) drills, (11) questions answers, (12)

activities and assignments, and hot seating. In hot seating, the educator exhibits a

situation including a few characters and after that requests that an understudy accept

the job of one character. Different understudies at that point put forth or her

interrogative inquiries to represent his/her conduct.”
