FAST LOGISTICS BUSINESS PLAN

Fast Logistics is basically a luggage carrying ride sharing app just like uber and careem as they
are for individual customer ride sharing app. Our business model is like ub er but we make some
changes in it and make it more efficient and reliable for every one.
1. As it is age of millennials they want ease in every aspect of there life so through
internet we can make it possible.
2. As it’s a digital era such technologies and concept of sharing economy worth a lot
and to invest in such business is a blessing in disguise.

Our mission is to provide effective and reliable goods delivering service in metropolitan
cities of Punjab

This section could include:
 Our presence is a game changer because everyone want low cost, and save time on booking
a truck so through our business model it is possible and we can increase customer base
through special incentives that ii discuss below.
 Its not difficult to achieve objectives because goods delivering economy is not yet saturated
and only just few multinationals are providing such services and their is no such domain
business in Pakistan.

We are the founders of “Fast Logistics”
Marketing strategy

 We have a unique marketing plan for hiring Drivers. We give them special incentives when
they register as “Fast logistics” drivers. We have partnership with truck service and repair
shop in different areas we are providing drivers as traffic to their shop and they give special
discount and free car service twice in month for those who are register as our drivers only
attain those service through this we can retain and engage our drivers.
 Promotion for heiring drivers is easy again we are giving special incentive if a driver
provide us 5 other driver we are giving him special bonus during his ride. And for first 3
months we are not charging any base price or any percentage so that we increase the volume
of drivers.
 promotional features will be used to help drive traffic to the website and mobile application
—banner ads, pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimisation, social media promotion
we are using are these to attain customer and drivers.
 It require almost 2 months to gain approx 10,000 plus drivers and budget discuss later

Resourcing
People
Later we need staff related to marketing and maintaining business. Our 90% budget will only
spent on marketing. So we hire marketeers
Equipment/Infrastructure

 We need is to make small offices in different areas of Lahore so that people easily approach
us. But as starter we have opportunity to starts from our own beloved institute incubation
centre.
Funding
We approximately need 5 Million $ fund to successfully launch it in Lahore.
The source of these funds are to pitch our idea to angle investors and investors.

Who benefits.
It benefits driver ,our partners , investors and organization.
For example we have 1000 drivers and we take 100 RS per day as our base fare. Its mean we can
earn 100,000 Rs per day and 3000,000 per month.
Revenue streams

We are dealing with pickup trucks, luggage carrying cars and Autos so these are our main revenue
streams trough which we can earn profit.

Efficiency gains
Surges are the factor in efficiency gains like if demand increase in specific are prices also
increase and vice versa so its effective efficiency gain.

 Data and everything related to user privacy is safe and secure in our systems.

Our company is a based on partnership limited between founders. And this business is legal just like
uber and careem is doing.

We have less competitors in this domain. We are the category leader of this domain in Pakistan.
Currently no one is taking serious steps in this senerio in Pakistan excepts us. But internationally
their are some companies who are working in this regards like PCA Master Singapore, Justdial
etc.
