The Gamemakers have just announced the new rule! Now two tributes of the same district
can win the games. Of those that started, Katniss and Peeta, Cato and the girl from District 2
are the only remaining tributes from the same district. However, Foxface and Thresh are also in
the games but they do not have their other tribute.

Your job is to design a poster, banner or other advertisement that focuses on the rule
change. This advertisement can be digital in nature or done on paper, the choice is yours. The
