Conclusions: • Girth measurement at knee was 3 centimeters different from uninjured leg 4 days post injury Stage One and Two Future Goals • In conclusion, the diagnosis was an ACL rupture Days 1-10 with an LCL sprain and lateral meniscus tear. • The MCL and medial mensicus healed on their Differential Diagnoses: • Goal: Wound healing, Goal after 2-4 Weeks: own while the ACL, LCL, and lateral meniscus control swelling, and attain • ROM for knee flexion: 0-110 needed surgery. • DDx: LCL strain, complete ACL rupture, torn lateral maximum extension • Discontinue crutches • The AT was still able to take care of her athletes, meniscus, MCL strain and medial meniscus tear • Polar Pak/Cryocuff Goal after 5-6 Weeks: but needed more help than before from her ATS • Long Leg Knee Brace on • ROM for knee flexion: 0-130 with more strenuous duties. Crutches Goal after 8-14 Weeks: • The rehab plan will be complete within 26 weeks. • Prone Hangs • Increases strength and • Straight Leg Raises activity • Calf raises Goal after 15 weeks • Ankle and hip PNF • Run and condition comfortably Goal after 24-26 weeks • Return to sports
