DOCUMENTS:

1. The Candidate has to submit the following documents in original for

verification at the time of admission.
i. Rank Card
ii. HSC/SSC /10th Pass Certificate and Mark Sheet.
iii. +2 /Sr. Secondary /Intermediate Certificate and Mark Sheet.
iv. +3/Graduation Certificate and Mark Sheet.
v. Original College/School Leaving Certificate.
vi. Original Migration Certificate (not applicable for BCA and 5-yr.
Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics programmes).
vii. SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority (wherever
applicable).

viii. OBC (non-creamy layer) Certificate issued by competent authority. It
should not be more than six months old (wherever applicable). SEBC
certificate shall not be entertained.
ix. PwD/ Ex-Servicemen Certificate issued by the competent authority
(wherever applicable).
x. Four copies of recent passport size photograph.

 Any kind of undertaking shall not be entertained for the above

certificate (Except for migration certificate).
2. Candidates have to submit one set of self attested photo copies of all the
relevant certificates and mark sheets along with original School/College
Leaving Certificate and Migration Certificate.
3. Candidates belonging to the Merit List and Waiting List are required to
come with a demand draft drawn in favour of “Finance Officer, Central
University of Orissa” payable at State Bank of India, (IFSC: SBIN 0000121)
Koraput towards the admission and other fees as given below:

4. No Candidate shall be entitled to claim admission as a matter of right and

the University reserves the right to refuse admission in any individual case
without assigning any reason thereof.
5. Request for admission after the due date will not be entertained under
any circumstance.
6. At the time of admission, every student has to submit the Declaration as
provided at Annexure III in the Prospectus 2018-19. Candidates are
required to download the Declaration form.
7. If at any time, it is discovered that the candidates made a false or
incorrect statement and used fraudulent means to secure admission,
his/her name shall be removed from the rolls of the University.
8. All admissions are provisional and will be terminated on grounds of
misconduct, reasons of ragging and other reasons considered against the
interest of the University.
