PT Tri Mitra Resources (TMR) was established in Jakarta on 23 July 2008. Deed no. 03 dated 23 July 2008 signed by
Zulfiah Tenri Abeng, SH, Mhum, M.kn. and has been approved by The Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of
Indonesia with the Decree No. AHU-54936.AH.01.01.Tahun 2008 dated 25 August 2008 and has been approved by The
Minister of Justice and Human Rights Republic of Indonesia with the decree No.AHU60967-AH.01.02-Tahun 2010
dated 30 December 2010.

PT. Tri Mitra Resources (TMR) is the trusting partner in Civil-Mechanical-Electrical (CME) Instrument and
Telecommunication. We are focused in developing and gathering innovative and required resources solely on
engineering services, Consulting and Supplying equipment and Materials.

In a relatively short period, TMR’s business grow rapidly, it can not be separated because of opportunities and trust
given by the customers. Combining dedicated young talents with experienced professionals, prudent financial
calculation, technical preparation and integrated system. From there, with determination and persistence, TMR
continuously develop, implement and improve business processes that lead to meaningful achievements, and

• Engineering Site Survey / Tower Audit

Tri Mitra Resources has extensive experience of arranging site

surveys. We undertake initial research into a site to maximize the
effectiveness of site survey and to minimize the risk of a costly
aborted site. This done by eliminating site options that would be
too costly to develop or are very unlikely to succeed in securing
legal access or planning approval. For new greenfield sites, a
desktop study is carried out to identify likely ground conditions.

• Site Acquisition

Tri Mitra Resources site acquisition personnel are responsible for

all required pre-construction leasing entitlement activities. They
play a vital role in keeping projects on schedule, protecting our
customers investments, and building beneficial community
