Dj Marco Events and Entertainment is one of Ormoc City’s finest providers of quality events and
entertainment with expertise in radio advertising, broadcasting and events production.

The purpose of this event contract agreement is set forth for both parties to serve as protection and
set guidelines. In the event the talents/performers/hosts, give their commitments and sign the
contract issued by the first party, but without prior notice to the first party and for no reason
default or non-show during the contract event.

1. This contract will officially seal the commitment as agreed upon by both parties
concerned and contract signed, stating the rate/amount , date and time
of event venue, verbal discussions of work preparations, load
performance, rehearsals to be made as the case maybe.
 2. Contract signing should be made two(2) to three(3) days prior to the event on the
contracted show.

3. This contract further states the penalties, guidelines, provisions, sanctions and
stipulations to quash/nullify the payment/ responsibility of the second party, for any
occurring jeopardy due to the non-appearance of the second party during the event.

4. The second party should adhere to the principle of full payment of the contracted
amount in Philippine peso .

5. In the event of the second party’s default or non-appearance during the show, due to
emergency situation such as accident, ailment, hospitalization etc. proper proofs
should be shown such as pictures, medical/doctor’s certificate and other things to
prove the emergency occurrence which happened during the event. Reconsideration
after deliberation may still be given by the first party to the second party concerned

This ECA maybe terminated by mutual agreement by the parties and shall
automatically terminate completion of the responsibilities as stated here in unless
otherwise amended. Both parties do hereby affix their signatures as an indication of
the effectiveness of this contract.
