Why Differentiate? 

6  Ask the audience hook up Q1: What is Differentiation? Listen and list all teachers 
responses.  

7-11  Cite, and talk about the what differentiation is and how should be implemented in the 
classroom. Review the do’s and don’ts. 

12  Ask the audience hook up Q2:What strategies can you share about differentiating 
instruction to maximize student learning? Listen and share strategies use by teachers and 
talk about results, experiences, etc. 

13 - 14  Provide the audience with a list of the most common differentiation strategies use in a 
classroom. Have a briefly discussion about them. Also, another list will be provided. This 
time is a low prep/high prep differentiation strategy list. 

15-17  Technology for differentiation? What is? Why is important and pertinent? Which apps are 
used according Bloom's taxonomy? Which I have use in my classroom and I 
recommended? 

18 - 21  I will introduce Quizalize, and explain in details the benefits and how to use it to 
differentiate in the classroom. I will share my experiences with the program and will guide 
them live on how to use it in the classroom. 

22  Audience will participate as students in a live demonstration of the program, and will 
experience the activity from both sides: as a student and as a teacher.
