Imporatant Notes
 While doing the application set-up (i.e. setting up Work Structure), you can use the HRC_TXN_APPROVAL_ENABLED
profile option to turn off approvals for the entire system, to avoid approvals. To do this, go to Task Manage Profile
Options (From Functional Setup Manager), and enable the HRC_TXN_APPROVAL_ENABLED option. After that you can do
into task Manage Administrator Profile Values from FSM and set the value to N for the site level to turn off approvals for
the system. However, this is not recommended – and it is used only for testing purposes.

 By default the approvals are set to 'Auto approved' for HR Specialist flows. For Line Manager flows, seeded approvals are
Two level of supervisory hierarchy

 By default the Supervisory Hierarchy is set to Requester's Supervisory Hierarchy. Currently it is not possible for a
customer to set it to Worker's Supervisory Hierarchy - as Approval engine can not identify worker’s username. An
enhancement request is already created to address this requirement in a future release of Fusion HCM.
