Scholarship Applications For The Year 2020

Scholarship guidelines, application forms and samples of previous years test papers
can be downloaded from the column on the right.
Knowledge of Japanese Language, and IELTS/TOEFL is not mandatory.
Last Date for Submission of documents is 5th June 2019

The following documents (in given order) should be submitted before the deadline: Application Form
1. Mark Sheet Form
Research Plan
2. Application Form
Mark sheet Form
3. Research Plan
4. Abstract of previous research (if any) Past Papers samples
5. Attested copy of transcripts and degree of last university attended (Attestation by University, Gazetted HOME PAGE
Officer or a Professor. HEC attestation is madatory, if selected).
NOTE:
Submitted documents will not be returned.
Application should be unstapled and printed on A4 size paper.
Certificates & documents, other than those mentioned above, will not be considered.
Applicants can search for Japanese Universities here
Applicants should NOT contact any Japanese Professor at this stage, except faculties of medicine,
destistry, veternary sciences and certain pharmaceutical program. (See para 3, sub para 3 in the
guidelines)
Students whose final result is expected in June 2019 are eligible to apply.

documents. Only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test and interview. Any inquiries made
as to why someone has not been shortlisted will not be entertained.
