Cognitive processes are intellectual activities that occur in the human brain that use to mix and move

information from one part to another part of memory .

The process that done to gain knowledge and manipulate knowledge through some activity like
rememberingec, analyzing, understanding, assessing, raising, imagine and speak.This activity is very
important for humans in the process of understanding some information to become knowledge for their
life needs.

1. Attention is conscious processing of a small amount of information from a large amount of


information available. Information is obtained from sensing, memory and other cognitive
processes. Attention is divided into selected attention (selective attention) and divided
attention (divided attention). Awareness includes conscious feelings and conscious things that
might be the focus of attention
2. Perception
Perception is a series of processes by recognizing, setting and understanding the sensation of
the sense that received from the environmental stimulation. In the cocidation of the visual,
stimulating plays an important role in forming perceptions. The cognific process usually starts
from perceptions that provide data to be processed by cognition.
3. Memories
Memories are when humans maintain and describe their past experience and use it as a source
of information today. The process of remembering is to store an information, maintain and
reconnect the information. The memory is divided into two implicit and explicit memory. The
traditional process of remembered through the collection of sensing, short-term memory and
long-term memory.
4. Encoding
The language is to use an understanding of the word combination with the aim of
communicating. There is a language helps humans to communicate and use symbols to think
things that are abstract and not obtained through sensing
5. Problem solving
Problem solving iis an attempt to overcome obstacles that prevent a problem or task from being
resolved. This effort involves a process of creativity that results in an original and useful
problem-solving path.
6. Reasoning
In making decisions, human always consider the judgment they have. The process of making this
decision involves many choices. For that humans use reasoning to make decisions. reasoning is
the process of evaluation by using imagery of existing principles and available facts. Reasoning is
divided into two types, namely deductive reasoning and inductive reasoning
