How to create media on OTV for the SplatTV:

1. Open your browser and go to http://splattv.orangetheoryfitness.com/sign-in

2. Once you are on the login page, your username will be your studio number and
your password is Orange18. Example below.

3. Click Login.
4. Then click the OTV at the top.

5. This page will show you all slides that corporate created.
6. Click Create New Media.
7. There are 4 layouts to choose from.
 Image/Video only
 Member of the Month
 Upcoming Event
 Coach Profile

8. If you want to post an image/video slide:

 Click “Design using Canva”
 Upload the image or video you want to use.
 To select how long you want the slide to show, click the calendar and select
the date you wish for the slide to no longer show on the SplatTV.
 If you want the slide to show immediately on the SplatTV, click “make this
active.”
 Once you are finished, click “save media.”
 If you want the slide to be active at a later date, just click “activate” when you
want it to show on the SplatTV.
9. If you want to post a Member of the Month slide:
 Type members first name and last initial
 Select the month and the year they joined
 Type a quote or fun fact about the member
 To upload their picture, click “click here to upload media”
 Select picture from computer.
 To select how long you want the slide to show, click the calendar and select
the date you wish for the slide to no longer show on the SplatTV.
 If you want the slide to show immediately on the SplatTV, click “make this
active.”
 Once you are finished, click “save media.”
 If you want the slide to be active at a later date, just click “activate” when you
want it to show on the SplatTV.

10. If you want to post an Upcoming Event slide:

 Type the event name
 Select the date and time for the event by clicking on the calendar. To select
the date, just click on the date of the event. To select the time, move the hour
and minute bars.
 Write a description about the event in the “Quote or Message” box.
 To select how long you want the slide to show, click the calendar and select
the date you wish for the slide to no longer show on the SplatTV.
  If you want the slide to show immediately on the SplatTV, click “make this
active.”
 Once you are finished, click “save media.”
 If you want the slide to be active at a later date, just click “activate” when you
want it to show on the SplatTV.

11. If you want to post a Coach Profile slide:

 Type coaches first name and last initial
 Select the months and/or years they coached
 Type a fun fact or information about the coach in the bio box
 Type their favorite quote in the favorite quote box
 To upload their picture, click “click here to upload media”
 Select picture from computer.
 To select how long you want the slide to show, click the calendar and select
the date you wish for the slide to no longer show on the SplatTV.
 If you want the slide to show immediately on the SplatTV, click “make this
active.”
 Once you are finished, click “save media.”
 If you want the slide to be active at a later date, just click “activate” when you
want it to show on the SplatTV.
You cannot deactivate any of the slides corporate created.
