TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Rates : Quoted rates are ex-our factory in Hyderabad. Rates are firm for supplies upto 3
months.
2. Taxes : Tamilnadu VAT extra @ 14.5%. All increases in current levies and future
impositions are to your account.
3. Payment : 50% advance along with Order and balance before dispatch.
4. Delivery : First consignment of 200 nos within 4 weeks from date of receipt of P.O. along
with advance, balance in lots of 200 nos each at fortnightly intervals thereafter.
5. Validity : 15 days from date.
