2. Explain what it will take to
a. Develop the app. including a trail with potential consumers.
-These platforms have been successful and raked in heaps of cash
thanks to mobile commerce. Our generation is now comfortable not
only paying online, but with mobile as well. Today’s faster technology
and smoother interfaces have eliminated the e-commerce friction.

b. Integrate it with the organization’ current systems


- System to ensure flexibility and responsive to customer needs.
- To develop and e-commerce application, a team consists of a
designer, quality assurance tester, project manager, 2 mobile
developers and 1 backend developer are needed. The main features,
which can be implemented by this team in the app, include:
A user profile which includes personal information, the buying history, a
wish list
 Synchronized feed that is updated in real time and includes
categories and goods
 Safe authorization and additional hacking protection
 Searching and filtering of goods.
 Payment systems integration
 Refund system
 Delivering and order’s tracking
 Reviews and comments sections with feedback support
- Collate the information with company information, policy and
procedure, legislation for the online app to be used for the project and
align withsystems.

c. Ensure staff can work with a new way of retailing


- Ensure new technology has better and easy access to reach to
customer
- Bizops use generic email addresses for store administration rather than
an employee’s name. if an employee leaves, than we can simply tyrain
the new person to use the existing communication systems. This saves
time and money.
- BizOps use Basecamp for task management, and store each
employee’s contact details within Basecamp. We also keep all
conversations between team members within Basecamp. This is why
the guide refers to a link to the employee’s profile in Basecamp.
- Each of the roles has full job description. These will be available on the
intranet
- Each of the roles are referred to in the Standard Operating Procedures
spreadsheet. This helps people understand that that is their role and it
correlates to certain processes as their responsibility.
d. Promote the app to consumers
- The main channel will be through the social network and online
website.
- The implementation plan will detail the process to promote the app to
consumers.
- Use of blogs, teaser website, create app video, us of blogging,
podcasts, twitter, facebook.
e. Prepare to maintain the app once it is launched
- Ensure proper server management together with back up files with
database, source code, server configurations, infrastructure properly
maintained.

Implementation plan:
-BizOps Enterprises recoqnises the need for risk management to feature as a
consideration in strategic and operational planning, day-to-day management and
decision making at all levels in the organization.
-BizOps enterprises will performto realize any risk reduction, although the actual
amount of risk reduction, and typically to a lesser extent their cost and schedule to
implement, will be uncertain before- hand.
-Bizops Enterprises will incorporate risk management into its institutional planning
and decision-making processes

operational planning as a delegated line management responsibility. BizOps
Enterprises staff must implement risk management according to relevant legislative
